Why Pre-Trib Rapture: Salvation Rules are Changed
Another evidence of the pre-tribulation rapture is the simple fact that at one point the rules of salvation changes. Not many have taught this, but the simple fact is that is what scripture says.
Today and ever since the Lord was crucified, salvation comes strictly through believing and no other means. Many teach things like works, baptism and other things, but those beliefs only come from a very few misinterpreted scriptures. On the other hand, there are 19 primary scriptures that tell us plainly that we are saved by believing in Jesus.

Revelation 14:9-11 (NASB)
9 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”
Now you need to realize, this message is not to the world, because the world is already going to hell simply because they dont believe. This is a message to the believers. That if any believer takes the mark of the beast or worships his image, they will be thrown in hell forever.
For over 2,000 years, anyone who even believes in Jesus as Lord goes to heaven. Suddenly there is a new rule added just for the end times. Suddenly they dont have to only believe, but they must also refrain from taking the mark or worshiping the beast. This simply does not make sense if everyone is raptured after the tribulation. God suddenly changed the rules of salvation! I have shown this to some who refused to accept it, but however you twist it, that is what is happening. God suddenly says faith alone is not enough. You must also refrain from taking the mark of the beast or worshiping his image.
The only way it makes sense is if you realize that the church, His bride, is raptured first. Then His bride is removed and all that is left are the unbelievers. But when many who knew the bible but did not believe sees the rapture happen, they will now believe. The problem is they did not believe using faith. They needed to have absolute proof to believe. Now for that proof, for them to be saved, they need to prove their own faith by refraining from taking the mark or worshiping the beast.
