Know the Coming of the Rapture
The world does not believe it. Many Christians prefer not to think of it. The truth is however, that God is setting the stage for this world to enter into the End Times and its time for Christians to wake up. For if you are not ready for Christ's return, you will miss your chance to avoid God's wrath.
The Stage is Being Set for End Time Prophecies to Come True!
In 70 AD the Romans had ended the Jewish uprising by laying siege to Jerusalem and destroying their holy temple. Thousands of Jews were slaughtered. Thousands more were taken into slavery by the Romans. Those who were left, scattered into other countries.
Through history, every nation that had been so thoroughly ruined had faded into history books. Babylon was far larger and more powerful than Israel ever was, and when it was destroyed, the people disappeared into other nations and Babylon was no more.
For 1,870 years the Jews, referred to in the Bible as "God's People" endured. Without a nation to call their home, they lived in other countries and stuck to their traditions and beliefs. So Satan hit them again when Hitler committed genocide. Millions of them were killed. About two thirds of the Jewish population in Europe was eradicated.
You see, in the Bible the Jews are a large part of the End Time Prophecies. The Bible says that the Day of the Lord will not happen until the Apostasy happens and the antichrist is revealed in the Holy Temple when he claims to be God. If the Jews are no mare, this prophecy cannot happen, proving the Bible to be false. Imagine what the odds must have seemed to be that this could ever happen when the Jews not only didn't have their Holy Temple anymore, but they didn't even have a nation of their own, and Hitler had just dealt them such a major blow? When you consider the fact that the Holy Temple would need to be built on the same location as the first two, the odds were insurmountable.
Unbelievably, Israel became a nation once again in 1948. After 1,878 years without their home land, when many other greater nations had faded into the history books, God's people were returning to Israel. Today they are speaking of a desire to build the Third Temple.
Once that temple is built, it sets the stage for the antichrist to be revealed and that will be the middle of the Tribulation. When the antichrist is revealed, there will only be 3.5 more years before the second coming of Christ. The rapture will happen before that.
Against all odds, the people known in the Bible as "God's People" are the only nation to ever be thoroughly wiped out and still return to their homeland and revive it. The one nation that must be around for the prophecies to come true is the only one to survive such an ordeal. Can you truly say this is just lucky coincidence and not God's hand in it all? And now they are talking of building the third Holy Temple, which needs to be built in order for those prophecies to come true.
The greatest problem about the rapture is that no man knows when it will happen. Jesus said He didn't even know when it happens. Only the Father knows. The Bible says it will happen in the twinkling of an eye. So quickly that nobody is going to know it is happening until it is over. Nobody will see Jesus coming for the rapture. So he doesn't give us many signs to watch for. All we can do is see how close we are to the end times in general and know the rapture cannot be far off.
I believe the time is coming very soon. In our lifetime. I know that Christians have been claiming this for two thousand years, but when you see the world lining up to fulfill end times prophecy, it adds a whole new dimension to why we believe it is close. On top of that, due to global warming, we are having natural disasters at a more common clip than at any other time in history. Almost monthly we have something happen that the weather channel will say is the worst in one hundred years or even ever. Not just one or two things line up. Not just a single major disaster. Many natural disasters are happening every year and all of the Bibles prophecies are getting ready to come to fruition. All one has to do is open their eyes to see it.
The Rapture is coming soon. I can only hope more people realize it and are prepared for it.
In these end times, there will be certain events that will happen. Christians should be aware of these. Hopefully the rapture will take place before these happens, but in case it doesn't, we need to know them when we see them. More importantly, the people who are left behind need to be aware of them.
The Rapture - When Jesus appears in the clouds and takes all of his truly faithful with Him back to heaven. It is believed that thousands to millions of adults will suddenly disappear as well as every child.
The Tribulation - This will be a period of seven years that will be split into two halves. The first 3.5 years will have a sense of peace and set the stage for the antichrist. In the last 3.5 years the antichrist will be revealed for who he is and pretty much wreak havoc on the Earth. At the end of the tribulation, God will pour his wrath out on the world and somewhere like 3/4 of the population will die.
The Antichrist - He will be the most powerful world leader the Earth has ever seen. He will also become possessed by the devil himself. Not by a demon but by Satan.
The Second Coming - This is not the rapture. This is where Jesus actually returns to Earth with all of his Saints (Those in heaven) and rules the Earth for 1,000 years.
The End of the World - The Earth and Heaven will pass away and God will give to us a new Earth and new heaven and we who are saved will then be put on the new Earth to live forever in happiness.
For generations the Christians have debated when the rapture will happen. They do not argue over the date it will happen, but they argue over whether they will go through the Tribulation or not. I have been studying into this as well and I have come to only one certainty. The "Post-Tribulation" theory is impossible. The rapture will not be at the end of the Tribulation and at the same time as the Second Coming. The rapture will happen. It can happen in the next minute or it may wait until shortly after the antichrist claims to be God in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. I personally lean toward the fact it doesn't matter. The Lord will come for his faithful when His timing is right and I will be ready when it happens.

There are many Christians who believe they are saved, who are going to be sorely disappointed when they miss the rapture. How certain are you that you will be taken? Are you 100% positive you are right with God? If you are not 100% certain, you need to work on your relationship with the Lord.

The Holy Temple - Many of the end time prophecies have to do with Jerusalem and the Holy Temple. There is talk beginning of Israel building the Third Temple. When they start building that, you have to know we are growing very close to the tribulation beginning if it hasn't already at that point.
A treaty with Israel - Many believe this prophecy will be the starting point of the tribulation. The antichrist will make a treaty or covenant with Israel for seven years of peace. If this happens, know very well that the Tribulation has indeed begun.
The antichrist - There will be a political leader out there who will gain power over multiple nations. He will be loved by many and call himself God. He will become the most powerful world leader this world has ever seen. He will hate the Jews and Christianity. Many will believe he is the Messiah. He will at one point start persecuting the Christians and demand to be worshiped. He will also force people to take the mark of the beast.
The covenant broken - Though the treaty with Israel will be for 7 years, after 3.5 years the antichrist will break it. He will stop Israel from performing their sacrifices to God and He will take a seat in the Holy Temple as claim to the world he is God.
Mark of the Beast - The Bible says it will be a mark the antichrist forces people to take. Nobody will be able to buy or sell without it. Anyone who takes the mark of the beast will burn in hell. I believe the mark of the beast will be a microchip placed in our hand or head and will take the place of our cash, credit cards and debit cards. Though that is my believe, it is not guaranteed, so it is best not to take any mark on the head or hand.

9 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
The False Prophet - The False Prophet is believed to be the current Pope at the time, but nobody knows for certain yet. He will be a spiritual leader who will support the Leader of the One World Government. The antichrist. At one point he will perform a miracle (Calling fire from the sky) as proof that God supports this leader. Do not accept him as a true Prophet of God and do not accept the man he supports, for he will be the antichrist!
God is in Heaven. Jesus is in heaven! Those are the ONLY ones you should worship or follow. Do not be lured into following anyone on Earth!
Two Witnesses - The Two Witnesses are summed up easily enough in the Bible. I will let the verses from the New American Standard Bible explain who they are.
Revelation 11:3-14
3 And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.” 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lamp stands that stand before the Lord of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire flows out of their mouth and devours their enemies; so if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way. 6 These have the power to shut up the sky, so that rain will not fall during the days of their prophesying; and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they desire.
7 When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. 9 Those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and [h]will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. 10 And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.
